If you/others want to make them, yes. (In which they belong in the "Other Roleplays" section of the forum since they wouldn't be considered canon.)

What about an advertising section? Like.. a place for us to put other sites and packs, either as a topic or a new category?

You are allowed to make an advertising topic, but I'm most likely not going to add a new category for that alone. If you need help figuring out where to put it, put it where you think it should go and either me or a mod can move it for you.

It'd also be preferred if other site/pack advertising stuck to that topic and generally out of other sections of the forum.

1. Is there a way we could add an entry to the mini profiles that appear to the left of every post we make that link to our character's bios?

2. Are signatures not allowed? I didn't see an option to turn them on or off, but there is an option to make one.

Signatures are turned off. Personally, I did not want them on the website for better readability, so on so on. This might change in the future seeing that so many people seem to want them enabled, but rules will have to come with it as well.

I'd much prefer the bio link over signatures personally. I asked about signatures because we couldn't link to bios through profiles!

Then again, I'd be okay with signatures if GIFs weren't allowed in them. Those are distracting when reading posts in succession!
